Plaintiffs originally found guilty of manslaughter in the September 1936 death of William A. Henry. A Cary/ Carrie Morgan indicted for the same crime. Henry & the defendants were fighting because Henry had stolen bed spreads & blankets from Nobel Baker. Henry died after falling out of a window. Some question as to whether the fall was accidental, or whether he was thrown or otherwise forced out of the window. May be related to Noble Baker v. State, ET Box 93. Includes hand drawn map. |
