Drove car on Dixie Hwy north of Powell Rivers bridge so as to hit & kill 16-yr old Luther Williams (driving w/brother Bobbie, 20, en route from Middlesboro, KY where they delivered produce. Witnesses: Luther's dad Levi, others. Walker may've been drinking. When appeal called, Walker missing (though sheriff looked for him in Middlesboro & at his brother-in-law's in TN); some said he was in Canada. Appeal dismissed. |
