Wardlaw was accused of killing Ernest Wiseman. The murder resulted from an incident earlier in the day, when, at a strawberry festival, Wardlaw was pranked by a friend resulting in a Coca-Cola bottle being thrown. The bottle struck Wiseman's car, and the deceased went looking to start trouble with the bottle-thrower. After some warnings to not attack, Warlaw shot Wiseman in self-defense. Housed in 3 folders. |
