Hogg sued for one hundred aces of land from Jennings, as they had previously agreed. The original conveyance contract had not been executed, and Hogg sued so that it may be filed. |

Lane obtained a judgement against Wilson for $370. Wilson was put in debtor's jail. A survey was filed for a tract of land on Wilson's behalf. Wilson was found to have purchased land from W. Gibbs. Wilson was named insolvent, owing multiple parties money. Lane sued to recover the debt through the sale of Wilson's land or otherwise. |

In 1815, Thomas Brown obtained a judgment against White on security for Wilson for $300. Then they obtained a judgment against Wilson for $1,800, but Wilson was insolvent. James McEwen then filed a bill of interpleader against Wilson for $500, as leverage for the debt, Wilson had mortgaged an enslaved worker. The suit was filed to settle each of these complaints. |

Gray owed Frederick Owen $168 & Mayfield was security on the loan. Gray became completely insolvent & left Tennessee. Mayfield was left to pay the debt. Stephen Sutton had a judgment against Gray for an additional $190. Mayfield sued to have the debt to Sutton discharged so that the debt owed him by Gray would be prioritized & repaid. |
