Harbison wanted to enforce the lien, sell the land, and its proceeds used to pay the note. |

Additional defendant: Maynardville State Bank. Boles executed a note to her brother, Grant Fox for $900, which was secured by a trust deed in which Buckner was named as Trustee. Fox died and the note was sold and is now in the hands of Maynardville State Bank. Boles disputes remaining balance of note with the said bank. Buckner has advised to sell the property in order to collect balance. Boles claims to the sell the property would do her irreparable damage. |
