Sypert executed on the judgment and Coles provided security bond in J.G. Frazier's injunction. against Sypert. Sypert proceeded against Coles when no property belonging to the Fraziers was found. Sypert seized and sold Coles' land in Wilson Co. Coles claimed the land had been sold earlier to another party. |
