The railroad co. was building its tracks from Gallatin to Scottsville, KY, which went right through plaintiffs' farm, causing direct and incidental damages, including being cut off from wells, mills, etc. Court ruled in favor of plaintiffs for $500. Defendant appealed. Note: Anna also named Annie in case. |

Daniel Spears said Dariox wanted to shut the road after death of her husband (who built road in first place as way to get to his mill). |
