Plaintiff Turnage clamed that the defendants had a tract of land surveyed and entered a deed in the Tipton County court house that was actually part of an 1873 acre tract already owned by the Plaintiff. Ike Danheiser is attempting to recover money and property that was left to him in a will by his wife, Lena Danheiser.
