Plaintiffs had paid $321.74 and paid balance sometime later. Jobe issued for whole execution at first, then remembered later that $321.74 was paid, but still wanting the rest of the judgment. Plaintiffs seek stay of execution, charging that they had paid balance. |

Telford owned two mill sites on Milestone creek at Telford Station, which he sold to the Telford Ag., who still owed money on notes for the sale. When the company later failed, the plaintiffs, as creditors of the company, filed the bill to settle the company affairs and sell the real-estate of the insolvent company to recover their funds. |
