Eugene Dupont and others were partners doing business as E.I. Dupont De Nemours & Co…they engage in the business of manufacturing powder. They entered into a contract with Jefferson and Neely to be their agent in Memphis. Jefferson and Neely received a large shipment of powder on behalf of the complaints and have failed to turn it over or pay for it. They state that the powder is worth $3327.29

Offense of debt due by account under $500; claimant purchase of two mules guaranteed to be at least four or five years old. Animals were sickly and did not survive.
