Plaintiffs V. R. Harris and H. H. Buquo are partners under a firm name. Add. defendants: A. C. White & Company, Alice N. White, John Elrod, trustee of the Erin Stave & Lumber Co. The plaintiffs state that the defendant made a written contract with the Erin Stave & Lumber Company to produce lumber and staves for him. Under the contract, the company manufactured about 200,000 feet of lumber and 190,000 staves and that the plaintiff owed them $1,800 for the products.

Cullen, a dealer in "China, glass, Queensware, lamps, fruit jars, and fancy goods," sued Shipley for payment of debt on account for a music box, schooners, tumblers, and he's/ducks totaling $65.63.

Exhibit materials are bank bonds. The plaintiff and his company are indebted to the defendant in the sum of $15 by account.

Add. plaintiffs: Marens M. Tracy & J. Frankland. Add. defendants: R. Cohen & Henry Abrams, individually and as Trustee. The defendant made a fraudulent sale or transfer of goods and property to H. Abrams to avoid a debt held by the plaintiff.

Additional defendants: Martin Mulloy and Green Williams. N. Long, S.C. Long, and J.B. Briggs sued Riley for $145.45 debt on account. Riley made a deed of trust to William and Mulloy on a tract of land, which plaintiffs wanted sold to pay for his debt.

McWhirter & Co., Nashville firm, sued Robert Buchman & wife S. V., who were merchants at a storehouse in Wilhoite Mill, for $250-300 debt for goods bought from them. Defendants had made a deed of trust to J. M. Crutcher to convey their entire stock of goods to him, which plaintiffs charged was fraudulent. William T. Orr & George M. Jackson also suing defendants for debt on their account to the amount of $50-100. George O'Bryan and Joe O'Bryan suing for $140 debt.

Cause of action was listed as "debt due by account under $100" William Brooks, administrator of Joel Brooks, deceased claimed that the railroad company owed the estate $80.
