Mrs. Sternberger later opened business under her own name. Sternberger sued by Bernheim Bros. for unpaid debt on account of $96.43, with interest. Lawsuit appealed to TN Supreme Court. |

SS Robinette had agreed to provide sawed lumber to Harrison Webb, totally 150 timber trees for $750. Webb paid $350 of that amount, and S. S. Robinett put a lien on the remainder of the timber. Webb then sold the lumber to W. W. Robinette, but did not own it free and clear. |
