Hatcher said interest was past due; Owen said he'd forgotten, offered it to pay it then; Hatcher refused, said he was going to resign as guardian & ward's mom was thinking about qualifying. Hatcher remained guardian, but pla. (judgment creditor of Owen) sued to reach Owen's equitable interest. |

Upon a court ordered settlement of the trust, Batey owed the minor Edwards $about $2000, but was insolvent. His new guardian sued Batey and his securities to recover the debt. |
