James A. Wolfe died intestate in Oct 1887, leaving his widow Minerva, & his child. John Wolfe was appointed admr. & he bought land for Minerva, opened an account with Citizens Bank, then executed a deed of trust on the land. The land was secretly put in Wolfe's name rather than Minerva's. Suit sought to settle debts, claims to the estate as well as establish ownership of the land. See also box ET 8a. |

Kincaid suing for a decree compelling McClain to settle and pay his part of the money to Cowan that he may be exonerated from his legal responsibility. |
