Pltf. sued to recover $1,000 on a life ins. policy with dfnt. Pltf's husband, Lytle B. Bingham, was a Cashier at the Hardin County Bank. On the night of Jan. 14., Lytle had his brother, Howard Bingham, remove all the cash on hand at the bank and deliver it to him. Lytle claimed business in Jackson, and left home around 9 p.m. On TN Hwy. 5/US 45 between Saltillo and Jackson, something happened, and Lytle was found burned in his car under mysterious circumstances. 2 folders.
