Plaintiff claims that he is the owner in fee and entitled to the immediate possession of 2 tracts of land located in 14th Civil District. Plaintiff claims he bought land from Nettie and her husband (his brother)Robert Miller, dec. He allowed Robert Miller's family to remain on the land until Roberts death when he then had an agreement with Don Miller to pay $150 a year in rent. Later when rent was demanded Don Miller refused to pay and refused plaintiff possession of land.
