Plaintiff alleges that defendant has illegally taken possession of a strip of land that belongs to him & has enclosed said strip within a fence. Defendant would not vacate the strip when ordered to do so after plaintiff sold the lot of which it was a part causing the purchasers to recovery the plot back to Falls. Plaintiff now sues to recover land plus the $210 commission that he paid to real estate agents to make the sale & which said agents refuse to return. |
