Not all of the amount the due has been repaid, and Guthrie is seeking recompense. Jackson and Rhea also refigured their deeds to include parts of each other's plots. |

A tract of land was deeded to the late James Gray from Lemuel Keebler after the marriage of James to Keebler's daughter Eliza Bacon (her first marriage). The plaintiff claimed that he conveyed the tract of land back to the son of Lemuel, Samuel Keebler, for a $350 note that was to go to the son of James Gray, Willie A. Gray, when he reached majority. Willie died and plaintiff still claims right to the $350 note. |
