View Entry 1891 J. W. Rausin v. Ashley J. Johnson Monroe Default on Promissory Note

Plaintiff Rausin alleged that defendant Johnson still owed over $200 of a note with interest for the purchase of an 80 acre tract of land from the plaintiff. The defendant claimed he paid the balance of the note totaling $1800 and interest for the land.
