Plaintiff asks for injunction bond against this action and a lien against the value of her improvements. |

E. Trout states it was her parents' intention to give her a Negro woman free from marital bonds of W. Trout. She procured $400 from her son-in-law, Gordon Mynatt, for the woman. Later, with H.L. Mynatt, G. Mynatt levied a security against the woman and his debt, making him a party to taxable property. |
