At time of repossession plaintiff had paid defendants $43 & still owed a balance of $93.20. The value of the furniture is now less than the unpaid balance. Plaintiff sued to collect the $43 that she has already paid. |

Popejoy in 1924; they also paid the premiums. Mrs. Popejoy died May 1929. Plaintiff continued to pay premiums after mother's death, but has since learned that ca. 24 Nov. 1934 the deft. made an Ann Johnson the beneficiary instead of herself. Plaintiff now suing to recover the money spent on the insurance premiums. |
