Hall was the owner subject to conditional sale contract held by Union Trust Bank of Bristol, and was entitled to the immediate possession of a 1928 Reo Flying Cloud Coupe, which was being held by the defendant. She was sued for replevin for the said vehicle, which was worth $1000. Def ran a gambling house where her husband lost $309.75 and a check of $200, car was given to secure payment of check. Mrs. Hall suing to get car back, which belonged to her. 2 folders. |
