Erwin on behalf of Model Cash Grocery, executed a deed of trust to Coleman Clark on some of its fixtures then in the storehouse. Coleman Clark agreed to extend credit to Model Cash for one more year. Model Cash ceased to do business around 10/1/1918. When Coleman Clark came to collect their due, they were refused by W.T. Smith. |
