Dixon, thereby interrupting travel on the road. Road was made but never opened until recently. After road opened, state discovered Bryant had obstructed it; then failed to remove obstructions after notice. |

Plaintiffs are the owners of a tract of land situated in the 10th Civil District of Franklin County. The defendant (brother-in-law of W. J. Hines) lives due west of the plaintiffs. The land of both parties was formerly owned by Isaac Hines. Plaintiffs state that an easement exists on a road running through the defendant's property and complain that the def. has erected heavy gates and destroyed repairs on said road.
