These two cases were consolidated. This case concerns the sale of land of the estate of Joshua Miller of which R. H. Young, the debter of Wolford & James & Jones was the owner. Both parties claim fraud by writ of attachment. Thomas Miller, exe. of Joshua Miller procured the sale of a tract of land of the estate of his testor, under decree of Chancery Court at the sale Young was the purchaser at $1000.
