This bill was filed against the estate of W. T. Lewis, dec. Plaintiff alleged that he exchanged a plot of land with deceased for other plot. W. T. Lewis was to pay plaintiff the difference between the two tracts of land. Instead of paying difference, deceased was to give sell half interest for final payment. Deceased died before making final payment. Plaintiff therefore sued his estate. |
