Glass was owner of city lot in Chattanooga and conveyed it to S.A. Key as trustee to secure a debt of $372 to T.K. Warnacut. If debt was not paid in 8 months, trustee could sell land. Glass charged that said deed was security for debt due Warnacut and nothing more-that he has the right to redeem said lot. Though Glass offered Ragadale $675 but she refused. Glass suing Ragsdale to redeem his property. |
