Original bill was a complaint about the collection of a trust fund by P. V. Hunter in his capacity of agent of the plaintiff, for which it made a bond by depositing with the company $2 per week out of the collected commissions. Hunter also sued insurer for $50,000, alleging that upon retirement the company had tried to libel him with these charges. Exhibit materials are checks and ledgers. The money was bounty & back pay due Miller as the father of Samuel S. Miller, a U. S. soldier, 2d Lieutenant in Co. K of the 9th Regiment of Tennessee Cavalry Volunteers. Senter charged with "fraudulent breach of trust". |
