Plaintiff sues by next friend S. A. Wallis. The parties were married in 1857 and they bought of J. E. Hickox a tract of land, paid for out of the plaintiff's own means, for which a deed was conveyed. The conveyance of the land was to be made to the her, but ended up being in the defendant's name. The said land is her only home and has no other means than those invested in the land, which is support enough for herself and their children. Suing to obtain a filed deed in her name from her husband. |
