Plaintiffs- E. D. Thompson, J. M. Thompson, and Frank Thompson, sued the defendant S. B. Anderson for damages for breach of his covenants contained in a land deed conveying certain lands in Crittenden Co., Ark. The defendants said the deed upon which is charged with having been guilty of a breach of warranty, conveyed said property belonging to the defendant and his wife, Achsah B. Anderson, and to the Anderson-Tully Co., a corporation. Court decision appealed. |

Complainant sued defendant over a breach of warrant due to purchase of defective automobile (Overland) and many costly repairs to said automobile. Complainant alleges false representation made by the defendant, sues asking for damages and bank notes on sale canceled. Court decision ruled in favor of plaintiff, damages of $150.00 plus costs. Decision appealed to the Court of Civil Appeals at Jackson. Newspaper included as evidence, alleging the automobile had been in a prior accident. |
