Plaintiffs- E. D. Thompson, J. M. Thompson, and Frank Thompson, sued the defendant S. B. Anderson for damages for breach of his covenants contained in a land deed conveying certain lands in Crittenden Co., Ark. The defendants said the deed upon which is charged with having been guilty of a breach of warranty, conveyed said property belonging to the defendant and his wife, Achsah B. Anderson, and to the Anderson-Tully Co., a corporation. Court decision appealed.
