Caroline sued to have her father's estate divided into 2 parts so that she may hold her portion & her children fee simple as heirs. Other complainants: Albert Henry Cocke & Mary Elizabeth Cocke. Defendant: minors Henrietta Agnes Cocke & James Wheeler Cocke. All were children of Caroline.
