Dispute over title to land, including bridge. Plaintiff procured charter to erect bridge across river Frenchbroad, with location described as being "above William Faubion's mill dam" & also a road from the bridge to a "meeting house below Stephen Huff's". During construction of bridge, Plaintiff dealt with Roadman (over whose land part of works extended), who ultimately acquired deed of trust to bridge to secure debts of Plaintiff. Pulliam was trustee on deed of trust. |
