Clark (still living), w/ reversion to his descendants if Angeline had no heirs. Angeline & husband Alonzo (dad of the 5 minor children) sued for court's permission to sell remaining 30 acres of the tract (40 acres previously sold to TVA who condemned it to build Chickamauga Dam).

Birdwell was the owner of 2 tracts of land when defendants took possession of a part of said lands. Defendants disregarded Birdwell's notice to stop trespassing on his land and stop constructing a fence. Plaintiff sued for title to land and recovery for cut timber. Add. defendants: Mary Clayton, Tennie Pendegrast, Bessie Wright, Ella Holder, Herschel Holder, Clyde Holder, Bill Holder, Flora Murray, and others listed in file. In 1924, T. R. Ziegler executed a warranty deed to W. M. Holder, father of plaintiff and certain defendants. After W. M. Holder's death, Elridge tried to claim sole ownership of the land and subsequent mortgage from the bank. Plaintiff avers that the number of interests in the property makes it impractical for it to be partitioned by a will.

Dispute over tract of land owned by the defendant wanted by the petitioner to use in connection with the erection of a school building. Petitioner has asked that the defendant to furnish this land for school purposes but defendants have refused.
