Weaver and driven by George Scarbrough, carried around 50 children & 3 teachers when one of its tires blew out. The bus turned over throwing James Norman, who was standing on the running board in front of the doorway, from the bus, crushing him. Norman died an hour later. His parents were suing for damages, accusing the defendants of negligence. |
