Plaintiff administrator of the estate of James M. Bailey (dec.). Add. Defendants: E.W.G. Meers, George M. & Lena Dayton. Bailey was employed by defendants, working on a power house up on a beam. A known charged wire above the beam shocked Bailey and caused him to fall to the ground, dying as a direct result of his injuries.
