Add. Defendants: Fletcher Brown & Frank Thomas. The parties entered into a written agreement for the timber located on a farm owned by one Robert Chad well's heirs to haul the timber away. This was carried on for some time by the defendant, but S. Brown took over, but failed to take the logs off the property after cutting them, failing to uphold the contract. Later, the defendants under careless management, stacked the logs in a negligent manner, injuring the integrity of the lumber. |

Hollingsworth to be paid in installments. The pltf. alleges that the husband of one of the daughters purchased an interest in the proceeds from another. This case involves these transactions. |
