Prior to shooting, Wood was living on land owned by McKelvey, both were farmers. Upon his death, Wood had 5 bales of cotton of which widow wanted to sell to support herself, however McKelvy claimed Wood owed him a debt. 2 folders. In 1911, McGee's husband (dec.) was issued an insurance policy by defendant for $1,000 and died in 1914 as a complication from diabetes. Before his death, an agent from the company stated the policy had been obtained under misrepresentations of health and they would not be able to claim money upon death. McGee later found the statements of the agent were knowingly false. Suing for the full payment of policy plus 25%. |

Execution levied against Gallathan will be taken out of Plaintiff's property and they feel the execution is unjustified based on dealings of the plaintiff. |

Lucy Ann was "weak minded" and required long-term care. Cierly provided support for Lucy Ann throughout her life. After Lucy Ann's death, Cierly sought to claim the land granted to Lucy Ann.
