The related case, "Myra M. Orr v. Joseph Orr, et al." may be found in ET 43. While the parties are primarily the same, it appears that these are two separate suits. Pla. and def. were granted a divorce in 1926 and entered into a contract setting forth their mutual property rights. Said contract included a guarantee that the def. would carry a $10,000 life insurance policy and name the pla. as his beneficiary. Pla. claims the def. has failed to honor this agreement.
