Plaintiff unaware of change in relationship between def'ts who later dispute in three other cases about account balances (what they did or did not receive). |

Additional defendants: Barclay McGhee, Margaret H. Niles and husband J.W.J. Niles & Charles M. McGhee. Very complex dispute over land once belonging to Polly Lowry's father, Barclay McGhee, dec. Polly's brother, John McGhee had promised to purchase and settle for Polly's life and her children after her death a tract of land provided from Barclay McGhee's estate. Wm Lowry and John Lowry became insolvent. John died and title passed to his children (Add. deft's) who refuse to convey land to plaintiff. |
