He is old and leased part of the land to William Mills with the understanding the Mills would farm the land and give Click one third of the profits of he made off farming the land. Click states that Mills, along with McCullough and Cantwell purposely got him intoxicated in order to cheat and defraud him out of his part. He stated he was in no condition to transact business.
