Incomplete file; decree only. No defendant had filed an answer except Rice, who withdrew his answer, so court granted plaintiffs' complaint, perpetually enjoining defendants from selling negro slave Nancy & restoring her to plaintiffs. Court also ruled that William Going (dec), Elizabeth's dad, had bequeathed the negro girl Malinda to Elizabeth, who had raised Malinda's children (George, Nancy, Charles, Brown, Mary & James), & that plaintiffs should therefore have title to said children.
