Anderson was compelled to pay the $1000. Now he's suing to be held accountable only as accom. Endorser. |

Keeler also claims that Baker was cruel to him, laughing when he was in pain and lying to him. The case file mentions that Keeler may be senile as well as an alcoholic. Case file also notes that land doubled in value during the time of the arrangement. |
