Additional defendants: John C. Gillispie and Robert P. Jones. McMillen sued Bank unpaid bank notes worth $1187. McMillen shows that Bank is in one suit against Gillispie and another against Jones for drafts. McMillen wants Bank to kept from collecting, transfering, or otherwise disposing of said drafts or their proceeds from Gillispie and Jones and that the same be collected to pay bills of Bank held by McMillen.

The plaintiff Helen Gregg sued the defendant company, that included her husband A. H. Gregg, and Samuel Monday for payment on a note for the benefit of Lookout Bank at Morristown and the enforcement of a lien on a property that she sold to the defendant.

Anderson sued for liability on a $1000 bill from October 1860 which was removed from the bank and debt never paid. Planters Bank had brought suit against defendants, including Anderson, and won. Anderson was compelled to pay the $1000. Now he's suing to be held accountable only as accom. Endorser.

Brown was assignee of Bert Brown. Bert Brown purchased some goods from Woodyard and paid with a trust note. The note was not paid in full, and they went to a court of law. However, Woodyard recently found out equity (chancery) court would be best for her case.

Plaintiff is the administrator of the estate of John Dwyer (dec.). Defendant is indebted to the plaintiff by unpaid note.

Add. defendants: D.J. Hoppard, John R. Wallace, R.S. Montgomery, & Thomas Montgomery. Plaintiff is the owner of two notes totaling $2,000 from the defendant firm. They failed to pay the notes on time and are now indebted to the plaintiff.

Add. Plaintiffs: A. A. Lucas, Lida Lucas, S. B. Holland, Sadie Holland, C. W. Short, & Winnie Short. In 1928, the plaintiffs sold to the defendant a tract of land for $1,600, for which the defendant executed notes for $260 each with interest. The plaintiff then executed a deed for the land, but two of the notes have been long overdue and unpaid.

James S. May was the first endorser on a bank note he failed to pay. The Bank received a favorable verdict two years earlier but May never followed the court's orders.
