Additional defendants: James G. Stuart and William A. Bible. Parks sued defendants for $1136.28. Parks was elected Trustee of Polk County. He paid to the county $8502.47 when he only received $8228.49, leaving a balance due to plaintiff from the county for $273.98. Parks made a settlement with Dowell through Stuart and Bible. Parks suing def'ts for contriving to cheat and defraud him of commission due him. Parks wanted injunction against Dowell's pending suit and his account as Trustee settled. |
