Pearson for debt in which court ruled in favor of Gothard for $62. Morgan charges that he is not liable for note and could not defend himself in court due to sick child. |

Plaintiff was the widow of Henry Estill who was killed by a Pure Ice truck as he walked across Brainerd Road. Estill suffered for a week until he died. He went in the elevator on their property to an upper floor when he was struck on the head by an abrupt projection of the wall of the elevator shaft, mangling his head and body between the steel frame and woodwork of the elevator and causing him to hang suspended in the shaft by a leg, all while conscious for a time. Plaintiff sued for $25,000 in damages. |
