Bledsoe was killed under the employment of dfnt. and en route to work when he died. Attempting to avoid driving over downed powerlines in a storm, Bledsoe stepped of his truck to remove them and was instantly electrocuted. His mother and sister are pltfs., sought benefits over estranged wife, Rosolie Bushey, and sued for payment from dfnts. |
