J. T. Davis made an oath stating that he was entitled to the possession of one black horse mule, 8 years old. Davis claims that Elmer Guy unlawfully seized and detained the mule from Sternberger-Rainey Hardware Company. The mule was seized by Guy from Sam H. Bond to satisfy a mortgage on the mule. Dr. F. W. Whitehurst obtained a judgement against Bond and the mule was seized to be sold "as required by law." Bond also put the mule up as collateral on notes owed to Sternerger-Rainey Hardware Company . |

Eddie was fixing a tire on his Ford when it was struck by the truck causing the Ford to knock him down and run over him. Caused him many injuries and much pain and suffering.
