Land of William Zackery, dec, on waters of Big Flat Creek, was divided & apportioned in 1837 via court order among Zackery's heirs: Alcey [Ailcy], John, Sarah & Rufus Zackery; Catherine Zackery Ferguson & Sinie Zackery Sharp. In 1848, Alcey deeded his portion to John Sawyers (now dec), whose land apportioned among his heirs (incl Pla.) after his death. Dispute over location of boundary line between this land & Clowers' land; Clowers accused of moving a fence not on his land.
