The clerk of Coffee County sold land to Huggins who paid with two notes. But he failed to pay for the notes on time. He alleged that whomever explained the terms of the payment to him explained parameters other than those recorded in the lawful agreement. The case was filed to lawfully settle and enforce the terms of the agreement. |
