Defendants, "judges" of a county polling place, did not submit a certified copy of poll books and a list of voters, 9th civil district. Court transcript includes a true copy of the voter list. The 1845 statewide election decided gubernatorial and congressional offices. Aaron V. Brown was elected governor that year.
